Cut the Tofu in mid sized cubes and place it in a container. Cover the Tofu with cornstarch and shake it in the container until everything is well coated.
Mix all ingredients for the Gochujang sauce.
Heat a pan, add some oil & fry the Tofu until it's crispy. Add the sauce and cook until it thickens.
Feel free to adjust the amount of Gochujang paste used to your own spice preference. You can also add garlic, ginger and/or rice vinegar to the sauce for more flavor.
